We have the largest electrolytic polishing line in Estonia and the Baltic States, with a bath measuring 4.0 x 1.0 x 1.2m. Digitally changing the process parameters allows for a final result with a different level of glossiness. During the process the (welding) oxide layer and other corrosive particles found there are removed from the component’s or assembly’s surface. It is possible to achieve a very interesting structure and appealing end result if the details are shot blasted before electrolytic polishing.
